Sort Section

Option	Description
Field	This option allows you specify the default sort field. Date - This option sorts by listing date. Price - This option sorts by listing price
Direction	This option allows you specify the default sort direction. Descending- This option sorts by descending. Ascending- This option sorts by ascending.
Price	This option allows you specify the default price field direction. List Price - This option sorts using the List Price Field. Lease Price - This option sorts using the Lease Price Field
